busy day.. finally =Dhead down to Marina Barrage with 100+ old folks and some Community Centre Committee members for their event.. was volunteered by my dad as the official photographer, cos they ran out of budget -_-|||
nevertheless, glad that i can go out of the house.. took lots of photos, but my dad took all of them before i could copy any out, so too bad.. Dr Lee Boon Yang went as the guest of honour.. spammed alot of photos of him as well..
after that, i drove to Geylang West CC with my dad to meet the old folks there for lunch after the Marina Barrage tour.. luckily we reached there before their bus did, cos the organising committee screwed up and the goodie bags were not packed properly yet.. we scrambled for awhile, just nice when they arrive and seated down then we finish packing..
after that is just serving food, performance by others, taking photos.. end of story..
spent most of the afternoon chatting with a friend regarding her friend.. her friend's situation strongly portrays how love is blind.. would you rather let your friend go with someone (an asshole) she likes, or dont give face and scold her once and for all, hoping that she will 觉悟 and break up with him?
i know how some relationship turns out to be sexual in nature.. i know of situations where guys demand sex from their girlfriends.. i also know of friends who are out looking for fuck buddies instead of girlfriends..
i may sound like an idiot saying this, but it is the male's natural instinct to think of sex.. but shouldnt the females know how to say no? i am not trying to push the blame onto the girls, but they should be able to know a unreasonable request when they see one, isnt it? why do girls still get pressured into a sexual relationship if they do not want it in the first place?
i seriously do not know how a relationship based on sex is gonna last.. i dunno.. maybe i may turn out to be an asshole like that guy when i get into a relationship.. i wont know until then.. but for now, i know that i still do not approve of it..
did abit on my PG Astray before dinner.. managed to finish the left arm..
went out with my family after dinner to this pasam malam beside Kallang MRT.. brings back fond childhood memories, where there are bidding at the extreme ends, and lots of good food and games in the centre.. this one was considered small, and the crowd is quite pathetic actually.. saw some bermudas suitable for Bali, but no size left, so didnt buy anything..
came home, and finished the PG Astray.. Finally!!!!
so, after 7 days, i finished the Perfect Grade Gundam Astray Red Frame..
seen here with my handphone as comparison (as usual), and his cousin, the 1/100 Gundam Astray Red Frame.. frankly, after one week of handling a PG, the 1/100 feels more like a 1/144 to me.. feels so damn bloody small..
you got one, i got TWO!!!! hahaa XD
it comes with 2 katanas, 2 beam rifles, 2 beam sabers, and a shield.. plus 2 armour schneider (flip knife) which doesnt belong to this kit but Bandai packed it in anyway..
the little guy trying to chop my phone with his katana.. all of a sudden, he seems to shrink (in perspective)..
just in case u were wondering why the little guy's left hand is always holding on to the sheath.. i broke his holding hand a long time ago.. so now all he have is this open palm for the left hand..
that's all for tonight's pictures.. too bad i wasnt able to finish before the sun set.. i was hoping to have a photo spree with the sunlight flooding the background instead of artificial light.. the colour differs alot..
will do the photo spree tomorrow instead.. since i am damn free anyway..
